Welcome to Shittal's Institute of Fashion (SIF). By accessing our platform, enrolling in courses, or attending offline batches/events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Account Registration & Conduct

Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Sharing account access, course video links, or educational materials with unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of account access without refund.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

• Course Content: All instructional videos, pattern drafting guides, curricula, and text materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of SIF.
• Student Work: Students retain ownership of original designs, garments, and portfolios created during their studies, while granting SIF a non-exclusive right to feature student work for promotional and gallery purposes.

3. Course Fees & Refund Policy

All course fees must be paid in full or via approved installment plans prior to accessing course content or attending offline classes. Online courses come with a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided less than 20% of total lessons have been completed.

4. Code of Conduct

SIF maintains a respectful and inclusive environment across offline studios and online live chats. Harassment, abusive language, or unethical behavior toward faculty or fellow students will lead to disciplinary action.
