Terms of Service & Student Agreement

A. Digital Masterclasses & Single Courses: Due to the immediate provisioning of high-definition video access, master notes, and proprietary blueprint downloads, all one-time digital course purchases and offline diploma seat reservations are strictly non-refundable once access is granted.

B. Recurring SIF Memberships (Tiers 1 to 4): SIF offers 4 optional recurring membership tiers (Fashion Insider, Designer & Atelier Pro, Haute Studio Elite, and Master Atelier Inner Circle) billed on a monthly or annual auto-renewing basis.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless explicitly canceled by the subscriber in their account dashboard prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation Policy: A subscriber may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Upon cancellation, the subscription remains fully active with all tier perks until the end of the current prepaid billing period. No pro-rated, partial, or retroactive refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.
• Tier Discounts & Perks: Subscription tier benefits (including member course discounts, marketing tools, and portfolio features) are valid strictly while the membership status is active.

The SIF Designer Directory is an introductory showcase platform enabling alumni and verified fashion designers to display their portfolios and connect with prospective clients:

• Independent Contractor Status: Listed designers, boutiques, and alumni are independent practitioners and are not employees, partners, or legal agents of Shittal's Institute of Fashion.
• Zero Transactional Liability: All commercial negotiations, custom stitching quotes, fabric selection, garment measurements, fitting sessions, delivery schedules, and payments arranged between clients and designers are strictly private contracts between the client and the independent designer.
• No Warranty by SIF: SIF holds zero liability and offers no warranty for the quality, workmanship, durability, delivery timelines, or financial integrity of custom garments commissioned through the directory.

Eligible students and alumni may participate in the SIF Referral & Affiliate Program to share discount codes with their networks:

• Commission Eligibility: Referral commissions are credited upon verified payment completion by a new enrolling student using a valid referral code or referral cookie link.
• Strict Anti-Self-Referral Prohibition: A user may not use their own referral code or affiliate link to purchase courses or subscriptions for their own account. The platform checkout engine automatically detects and blocks self-referral attempts. Any fraudulent attempts will result in immediate termination of affiliate privileges.
• Clawback on Refunds / Disputes: If an order generating a referral reward is refunded, reversed, or disputed, any associated pending or mature commission is automatically canceled and deducted from the affiliate profile.
