Shittal's Institute of Fashion (SIF) uses browser storage strictly to provide secure authentication, maintain your video learning progress, protect against video piracy, and remember your language preference (Marathi / Hindi / English). We do not use invasive third-party cross-site ad trackers.

These items are essential for logging you into the studio, verifying your enrolled diplomas, and ensuring your video stream is securely watermarked. Without these, the learning portal cannot function.
- Firebase Auth JWT Tokens: Identifies your active session securely.
- sif_device_session_id (SessionStorage): Enforces the Anti-Piracy Single-Device Session Lock.
- Razorpay Checkout Tokens: Temporarily generated during 256-bit encrypted checkout.
Remembers your personal preferences so you do not need to reconfigure them on every visit.
- sif_locale: Remembers your chosen dialect (English, Marathi, Hindi).
- sif_ref (Cookie) & sif_referral_code (LocalStorage): Retains your friend's discount referral link for 30 days so the discount applies automatically at checkout.
- PWA Service Worker Cache: Stores static assets for instantaneous page loading and offline resilience.
Measures aggregated site health, video buffering metrics, and student learning milestones to help Dr. Sheetal Patil improve lesson pacing. No personally identifiable student profile data is sold.
